We went out to the lot and saw the electric box was up, so we asked the building supervisor if they would be digging soon. He told us they would dig on the 30th. We drove out again on the 29th to look at the dirt one last time before they started digging, but low and behold when we got there not only was the hole there, but there were footings poured as well!!
