We have POWER

The electrical was installed on May 27th. We took the kids out last night on the 29th and the electrical inspection had passed as well as the HVAC inspection. The framing and plumbing have been held up a few days because of a couple of nicks and notches that were made in 3 floor joists by some novice plumbers while they were cutting through the sub floor for tub drains. Even though the damage is minimal, the engineer had to come out and they are awaiting his report on what they need to do to fix the integrity of the joists. Hopefully they will get that done in a day or two and get back on track with insulation and drywall.

They fixed the Kitchen island wall and cut it down to the right height!!  Now we will get our flat island!

Half Bath

Kitchen can lights with 2 pendant lights on the left that will be over the island

All the HVAC is ducted to the ceilings (no registers on the floor).  This is the Kitchen vent.

Furnace is actually in the attic and is all wrapped in insulation, plastic and then taped up.

Look at this crazy maze of HVAC tubes in the attic.

More of the crazy maze of tubes.  One of the 2 air filters will be in this air return in the upstairs ceiling.  You can also see the gas line to furnace.

Another picture of the maze of HVAC tubes and now Electrical is there too!

Stair wall with Thermostat, Electrical, Internet and Cable TV.  We are going to hang the TV on this wall.

We got a front door!

And Patio door.

Also the door from the 3-bay of the garage to the back yard.  (Ron's favorite door)

Maze of wires in the attic of the garage.

Electrical wires coming out of the electrical box stapled all neat and tidy.
